Can I order over the Phone?
Phone orders with Cherrie Baby are more than welcome. This works best if you have a credit card or debit card (instead of using paypal online)
Please call 07 4945 5500 from Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.00pm or on Saturdays 9.30am - 3.00pm to order over the phone. Cherrie Baby's website is open for shopping 24/7.
How long does it take to receive my order?
If you order before 3.00pm on weekdays, we will post the same afternoon. We post via Regular, however if you would like Express, please call us and order over the phone. Express post will incur an extra fee of $8.00 per 3 kg or $13 per 5kg satchel.
If your purchase is out of stock, we will inform you of an estimated time of arrival (usually out of stock items will reach our store within one week).
Am I able to return if what I order doesn't fit?
Wrong size returns are more than welcome. We try to give as much information as possible on the sizing and fit of garments, but if you find your item doesn't fit, you are able to exchange the size or we can offer you in store credit.
When do I have to make my return by?
Returns can only be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your purchase. Please note, Cherrie Baby only offers complimentary shipping once, for any returns please purchase a Regular Shipping satchel at your local Post Office.
